In a daring incident on June 12, 2024, in Utica, NY, a victim took matters into his own hands when he encountered a naked man attempting to steal his vehicle. The victim, who had stepped out of his vehicle to check on something, noticed the suspect trying to drive away. Despite the suspect’s lack of clothing, the victim bravely attempted to stop the theft.
