Death – Obituary- Cause of Death News : Mike Delbarian, a beloved member of the Burbank community, passed away unexpectedly on May 20, 2024. He was a proud graduate of John Burroughs High School, Class of 1973, and was known for his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to his community.
Mike was the owner and operator of Mike’s Custom Lawn Service, a business he started from the ground up and grew into a successful enterprise. He was passionate about providing top-notch service to his customers and took great pride in his work. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence set him apart in the industry, earning him a loyal clientele and a reputation for reliability.

In addition to his lawn service business, Mike also ran Mike’s Firewood, a side venture that he started to meet the demand for quality firewood in the area. He was always looking for new opportunities to expand his business and provide for his family, and his entrepreneurial drive was an inspiration to those around him.
Outside of work, Mike was a loving husband, father, and friend. He was known for his sense of humor, infectious laughter, and generous spirit. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need and was a pillar of support for his family and friends.
Mike will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind his wife of 40 years, Sarah, his three children, Michael Jr., Jennifer, and Emily, as well as his grandchildren, extended family, and many friends. His passing has left a void in the community that will be difficult to fill, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A memorial service to celebrate Mike’s life will be held on May 25, 2024, at the Burbank Community Center. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Burbank Community Fund in Mike’s honor.
