The Dubuque police have revealed the identity of the individual who was found dead in his apartment from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The deceased has been identified as Trent Paschal, a 24-year-old teacher and coach at Jefferson Middle School in the Dubuque Community School District.

Accusations of Inappropriate Relationship
