The tragedy unfolded when Harsh got into an altercation with two individuals, Rajesh Rastogi and his son Lakshya Rastogi, in the Joshiyan Mohalla area. The victim sustained severe bullet injuries and was rushed to the district hospital, where he was tragically pronounced dead by doctors.
