The incident occurred on Monday morning at approximately 5:28 a.m. when LVMPD Dispatch received a distressing report of a person being shot on the 2000 block of Peyton Drive.

The Victim and the Suspect

Upon arrival at the scene, patrol officers discovered a male victim inside a house, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
