Death – Obituary- Cause of Death News : Joseph R. (Bob) Brandenburg, a dedicated land surveyor with Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license number 2995, has reportedly passed away on April 21, 2024. The news of his passing has deeply saddened his colleagues, friends, and family.

Bob was a highly respected member of the Survey & Mapping Department at the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One. His expertise, professionalism, and passion for his work earned him the admiration and respect of all who had the pleasure of working with him.

In honor of Bob’s memory and contributions to the field of land surveying, the Survey & Mapping Department will be holding a memorial service on June 27th at 11 am. The service will take place in front of FDOT, District One located at 801 North Broadway in Bartow, FL. Colleagues, friends, and family are invited to pay their respects and celebrate Bob’s life.
