A devastating event unfolded in the early hours of Saturday morning in the bustling Narela Industrial Area of North Delhi. A fire outbreak at the Shayam Kripa Foods PVT LTD factory led to the loss of three lives and left six others injured. The Delhi Police sprang into action upon receiving a distress call at 3:35 AM, rushing to the scene to assess the situation.

Details of the Incident
Upon arrival at the factory, where the fire had originated, authorities discovered that a total of nine individuals were present at the time of the incident. The victims, ranging in age from 19 to 42, were immediately rushed to SHRC Hospital in Narela for urgent medical attention. Tragically, three of the injured individuals, including Shyam, Ram Singh, and Beerpa, could not be saved and succumbed to their injuries.
Cause of the Fire
Preliminary investigations conducted by the police shed light on the cause of the fire. It was revealed that a gas leak from one of the pipelines occurred while raw moong was being roasted on gas burners within the factory premises. The gas leak ignited the fire, causing it to rapidly spread and eventually leading to an explosion due to the overheating of the compressor.
Identifying the Victims
Among those who lost their lives in this tragic incident were Shyam, a 24-year-old worker at the factory, Ram Singh, aged 30, and Beerpa, a 42-year-old employee. The injured individuals, who are currently receiving medical treatment, have been identified as Pushpender (26), Akash (19), Mohit Kumar (21), Ravi Kumar (19), Monu (25), and Lalu (32).
