Identification of the Deceased Soldiers

The two soldiers who lost their lives in the crash have been identified as Charles T Fairbairn, 29, from Georgia, and Wendell T Cerio, 22, from Arizona. Both men were stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord and were part of the 7th Infantry Division. The third soldier who was in the vehicle with them survived his injuries and has been released from the hospital.
