According to a recent update from the York County Coroner’s office on May 28, Libby was the driver who crashed into a utility pole at the intersection. Despite not wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash, she was found alive and conscious when authorities arrived at the scene at 3:39 a.m. on May 24. Tragically, she succumbed to her injuries at Wellspan York Hospital at 4:56 a.m.
