Delbridge was identified as the driver involved in the fatal crash that claimed Moreau’s life. Investigation and Arrest
The investigation into the hit-and-run began after Bristol Township police responded to a call about a fatal crash on Haines Road. Witnesses reported seeing a newer model red Kia driving behind Moreau, who was on his skateboard. The vehicle struck Moreau, causing extensive front-end damage, before fleeing the scene.
