Female Airport Employee Reports Sexual Harassment

On Friday, May 24, at approximately 8:20 a.m., Connecticut State Police received a report from a female airport employee at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks. The employee alleged that a fellow worker, identified as Ryan Gordon, age 41, of East Hartford, had been engaging in sexually harassing behavior towards her.

Unwanted Sexual Advances

The woman reported that during the course of her duties, Gordon approached her and engaged in unwanted touching of a sexual nature. She expressed discomfort and pulled away from him, returning to her work. However, Gordon persisted by making sexually suggestive comments, causing the woman to leave the area and seek help from her supervisor.

Security Camera Footage

Upon reviewing security camera footage of the area where the incidents took place, investigating troopers confirmed the woman’s account of the events. The footage was processed as evidence in the investigation, leading to Gordon’s arrest and subsequent charges.

Legal Action Taken

Based on the information gathered and evidence examined during the investigation, Ryan Gordon was taken into custody and transported to Troop H for processing. He was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and later released on a $2,500 non-surety bond. Gordon is scheduled to appear for arraignment at Hartford Superior Court on Friday, June 14.
