Tragic Loss of Lives in Mysuru
Three individuals, including a woman, met with untimely deaths in two separate road accidents that occurred in Mysuru late on Friday night. The incidents have left the city in a state of shock and mourning.

Details of the Accidents
The first accident took place in front of GRS Fantasy Park on Ring Road, where two young souls lost their lives. The victims were identified as Saikeerthi, a 24-year-old from Dharwad, and Naveen Sai, a 23-year-old from Andhra Pradesh. Both were Software Developers employed at L&T in Mysuru and were residents of Hebbal.
On the fateful night, Saikeerthi and Naveen Sai decided to go for a leisurely ride on their bikes. Saikeerthi was riding his Bullet bike, while Naveen Sai was on a Pulsar. Tragically, their paths collided near the Royal Inn junction, resulting in a fatal accident. The impact of the collision was so severe that both Saikeerthi and Naveen Sai lost their lives on the spot.
In a heartbreaking turn of events, neither of the riders was wearing a helmet, leading to fatal head injuries upon impact. The third individual accompanying them sustained serious injuries and is currently undergoing treatment.
In the second accident that occurred on the same night, Hajira, a 32-year-old woman and wife of Syed Nasir, lost her life in a collision involving a KSRTC bus and Syed’s bike. The couple, along with their two-year-old child, was travelling on Dandina Maramma Temple Road when the tragic incident occurred.

Investigation and Legal Procedures
City Police Commissioner Ramesh Banoth, along with DCP (Crime and Traffic) S. Janhavi and V.V. Puram Traffic Police Inspector Bhanu, visited the accident spots to gather information and initiate legal procedures.
The bodies of the deceased have undergone post-mortem examinations, and necessary legal formalities are being carried out. The authorities have registered cases for both accidents, and investigations are currently underway to determine the exact cause of the tragic incidents.
