PM Modi Announces Compensation for Families of Victims

Chairperson of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights, Priyank Kanoongo, confirmed that the Commission has initiated an investigation into the fire tragedy. A team from the Commission will visit the hospital in Vivek Vihar area to gather official information and determine the cause of the incident.

Delhi Fire Department Director Speaks Out

Atul Garg, Director of the Delhi Fire Department, shed light on the incident, revealing that the baby care centre where the fire broke out likely did not possess a No-Objection Certificate (NOC). The owner of the care centre, Naveen Kichi, is currently missing, and an FIR has been filed against him by the Delhi police.
