WXII 12 Breaking News and Traffic Anchor Crews are set to make water system improvements on Fourth Street in Winston-Salem on May 28 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The rescheduled project will require eastbound traffic to be shifted to the turn lane between Spring and Poplar streets in downtown Winston-Salem.
