In a bizarre turn of events, William R. Wright, a 37-year-old man from Gillette, found himself in hot water after shooting arrows at his neighbor’s home. The incident took place on November 6, when a Spanish-speaking woman called the police to report that Wright was outside her home, yelling and making obscene gestures towards her.
