I first met David Lamm 10 years ago, and it was an honor to work with him on his segments for @1010XL. He was not only a mentor to me, but a friend as well. Every conversation with him was a learning experience, and I will always cherish the knowledge and wisdom he shared with me.
His impact on the sports media industry cannot be overstated. His insight, analysis, and commentary were always on point, and he had a way of connecting with his audience that was truly special.
The loss of David Lamm is a tremendous blow to the Jacksonville community and the sports media world at large. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
