A tragic incident unfolded in Mumbai’s Mazgaon area when a 32-year old man, Irfan Nawab Ali Shaikh, was fatally injured after being hit by a motorcycle driven by a 15-year-old minor on Thursday morning. The victim sustained severe injuries and was rushed to JJ Hospital for treatment, where he tragically succumbed to his injuries. The Mumbai Police have taken the minor into custody and sent him to a juvenile home. A case has been registered under section 304(2) of the IPC and sections 3 and 4 of the Motor Vehicle Act. The investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
