Six Persons Booked for Attempted Kidnapping in Ludhiana
In a shocking incident in Ludhiana, six individuals, including a woman, have been booked for attempting to kidnap her brother-in-law over a matrimonial issue. The accused have been identified as Ladi Singh of Hario in Lehragaga, Sandeep Singh of Gandua in Dharamgarh, Pargat Singh, Sukhwinder Singh, Akashdeep Singh of Hariau, and Pooja Rani of Basti Khai in Lehragaga.

The complainant, Rahul of Mini Chapar in the Jodhan area, informed the police that on April 30, he and his father were working as labourers in the grain market of Maherna Kalan village when the six accused, including his sister-in-law Pooja Rani, tried to kidnap him.
According to ASI Gursevak Singh, the accused are yet to be arrested, and raids are currently underway to apprehend them. Initial investigations suggest that Pooja Rani, along with her accomplices, planned the kidnapping as a form of revenge. Allegedly, Pooja Rani’s husband, Monu, had physically assaulted her, prompting her to seek retribution by targeting her brother-in-law.
