Upon further inspection, the officer discovered that the driver of the vehicle was 49-year-old Robert “Jamie” Ford, a resident of Atchison, who was found to be driving with a suspended license. Accompanying Ford were two passengers, 36-year-old Shellene Keil and 36-year-old Melissa Butler, both also from Atchison.
