Background of the Deceased
Vijaykumar, a hardworking 35-year-old man, was a devoted husband and a loving father to his two young sons. He was known in the community for his friendly nature and willingness to help others. Vijaykumar worked as a software engineer and was the sole breadwinner of his family. He had dreams of providing a good education for his children and a comfortable life for his wife, Srilakshmi.

The Alleged Plan
Srilakshmi, a 33-year-old woman, was married to Vijaykumar but was involved in an extramarital affair with Rajesh, a 30-year-old man from Borabonda. The two lovers wanted to be together and decided to sell their properties in Medchal and Yellareddyguda. However, they saw Vijaykumar as an obstacle to their plans and hatched a sinister plot to eliminate him.
The Murder Plot Unfolds
Srilakshmi and Rajesh enlisted the help of two notorious rowdies, Patolla Rajeshwar Reddy and M.D. Mehtab Ali alias Babban, to carry out the murder. On the fateful day of February 1, Vijaykumar left home to drop his sons at school. While he was away, the attackers sneaked into the house and lay in wait in the bathroom.
When Vijaykumar returned, Srilakshmi locked the door from inside and let the assailants out of their hiding place. They brutally attacked Vijaykumar, hitting him on the head with dumbbells and strangling him to death. His lifeless body was then dumped in the bathroom.
The Cover-Up
To conceal the heinous crime, Srilakshmi concocted a story that Vijaykumar had suffered a heart attack and accidentally injured himself in the bathroom. She even arranged for his cremation to avoid arousing suspicion. However, the guilt of the perpetrators eventually caught up with them.

Justice Prevails
The truth came to light when one of the attackers, Rajeshwar Reddy, surrendered to the police out of remorse. His confession led to the arrest of Srilakshmi, Rajesh, and Babban. The police have filed charges under Article 302 (murder) and 201 (suppression of evidence) of the Indian Penal Code.
In a tragic turn of events, a loving husband and father was brutally taken away from his family due to greed and betrayal. The community is left in shock and disbelief at the callousness of the perpetrators. As the legal process unfolds, justice will hopefully be served for Vijaykumar and his grieving loved ones..
