Deputies in Paulding County have apprehended a second suspect in relation to the tragic murder of 11-year-old Zander Whatley. The suspect, identified as Nazier Lloyd Anderson, aged 19, turned himself in to the authorities on Wednesday morning. He is now facing two charges of simple battery and one count of felony murder, as indicated by jail records.
