death – Obituary- Cause of Death News : It is with heavy hearts that we at UNEP OzonAction share the news of the passing of our beloved friend and former colleague, Jeremy Boubie Bazyé, who left us on the 6th of May, 2024. Jeremy was a dedicated and passionate individual who made significant contributions to our organization and the global environmental community as a whole.
Born and raised in Burkina Faso, Jeremy’s passion for environmental conservation was evident from a young age. He pursued his studies in environmental science and went on to work tirelessly in the field, advocating for sustainable practices and the protection of our planet’s natural resources. Jeremy joined UNEP OzonAction in 2010, where he played a crucial role in promoting the phase-out of ozone-depleting substances and raising awareness about the importance of ozone layer protection.
