The Las Vegas Metropolitan police Department swiftly responded to reports of a shooting on Monday, May 6th, at approximately 4:08 a.m. The caller, a distraught father, informed officers that his son, identified as 17-year-old Cesar Sandoval Jr., had allegedly shot his friend but was reluctant to divulge further details.
