State police officials confirmed on Tuesday that Alexander Dennis was one of the victims of the fiery crash that took place in the early morning hours on the southbound side of the Merritt Parkway. The crash occurred when Dennis, driving a 2016 Honda CR-V, was reported to be travelling in the wrong direction on the southbound lanes of the Merritt Parkway. Three other individuals, including the driver of the minivan, 65-year-old Steven Rowland, and passengers 80-year-old Thomas Lucian Vitale and 81-year-old Olga Vitale, lost their lives in the tragic incident.
