Man Wanted for Murder After Deadly Shooting at Houston McDonald’s
A man is currently on the run after being charged with murder following a fatal shooting at a McDonald’s restaurant located off the Katy Freeway in Houston. The incident occurred at 8147 Katy Freeway (West Interstate Highway 10) service road around 6 p.m. on May 4, as reported by the Houston police Department.

Suspect Identified as Anthony Martin Landry
The suspect in question has been identified as 57-year-old Anthony Martin Landry. Police have issued a warrant for his arrest in connection with the shooting that took place last week.
Victim Identified as Jeffrey Limmer
The victim of the tragic shooting has been identified as 46-year-old Jeffrey Limmer. Limmer, an attorney for the Lewis Brisbois law firm, was found unresponsive at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts by Houston Fire Department paramedics, Limmer was pronounced dead at the scene.
Altercation Over Order Dispute
According to officers with the Houston Police Department who responded to the scene, the suspect, Landry, became involved in an altercation at the McDonald’s restaurant. Allegedly dissatisfied with his order, Landry demanded a refund and began arguing with the staff. Limmer attempted to intervene and calm the situation, but the customer redirected his anger towards him.
Tragic Turn of Events
The argument escalated, leading both men outside the restaurant. Eyewitnesses reported that Limmer pushed Landry to the ground in an attempt to defuse the situation. However, the suspect retrieved a firearm from his vehicle and fatally shot Limmer before fleeing the scene in a blue Ford pickup truck.
