NEW DELHI: A 33-year-old MCA graduate allegedly committed a heinous crime by murdering his wife and brother-in-law in a gruesome attack using a screwdriver on Wednesday in east Delhi’s Shakarpur. The deceased have been identified as Kamlesh Holkar, a 30-year-old teacher, and her brother, Ram Pratap Singh, a 17-year-old native of Mathura.
