A man named Noah Aaron Collins, aged 24, has been handed a five-year prison sentence for his involvement in the sale of fentanyl pills that led to the death of a FedEx worker at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Details of the Case
According to charging documents, the victim had been dropped off at the airport two days before his lifeless body was discovered. Upon investigation, officers found burnt foil pieces in the victim’s hand, along with 44 suspected fentanyl pills in his possession. It was revealed that the victim had been in contact with someone identified as “Big NC” to procure these pills, with Collins later identified as the said individual.

Text messages exchanged between the victim and Collins indicated that the victim was not only obtaining fentanyl for himself but also for his friends. Cellphone records confirmed a meet-up between the two parties in St. Paul on March 28, 2023, as evidenced by Lyft receipts and location data. A witness involved in the case revealed that the victim had purchased the pills at $5 each, which were then shared among himself, the witness, and another individual.
Legal Proceedings
Collins was apprehended in an unrelated drug investigation, where more than 100 fentanyl pills were found in his vehicle. Although he admitted ownership of the pills, he denied any involvement in their sale.
