Several Metro Nashville police officers were standing outside the bar when a chair fell from above, landing dangerously close to where they were positioned. Bar employees informed the police that Wallen was the one responsible for throwing the chair from the top floor of the six-story establishment.

Surveillance camera footage from the bar’s rooftop captured Wallen “lunging” and “throwing an object over the roof,” as stated in the report. Witnesses who witnessed the incident unfold reported seeing Wallen grab a chair, throw it, and then laugh afterwards.

Wallen’s attorney, Worrick Robinson, confirmed the arrest in a brief statement to CNN, stating that Wallen was arrested for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. The charges against Wallen include three counts of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and one count of disorderly conduct.

The Davidson County Criminal Court website revealed that Wallen’s bond was set at $15,250, and he is scheduled to appear in court on May 3.
