The OCG used dedicated mobile phone hotlines to connect with buyers, and Daniel Lewis was identified as the principal member of the group, with Lewis Hicks as his second in command.

The Jimmy Line employed homeless and drug-addicted individuals to facilitate their illegal activities, often resorting to violence to ensure compliance. Daniel Lewis utilized trusted family members and friends as safe houses for cash and drugs, as well as various vehicles registered in other people’s names to conduct his criminal operations.
The Investigation and Raids
The investigation, which spanned several months in early 2023, led to the arrest of over 10 individuals associated with the Jimmy Line. In a coordinated effort, officers executed eight simultaneous search warrants on July 14 of the same year. During these raids, law enforcement officers seized over £50,000 in cash, designer clothing and jewelry, multiple vehicles, and drug paraphernalia.
The Lavish Lifestyle
Evidence presented during the case revealed that Daniel Lewis had amassed a significant amount of cash through his criminal activities. He lived a lavish lifestyle, indulging in luxury holidays and high-end vehicles. Lewis spent more than £25,000 on five holidays since August 2022 and purchased expensive vehicles worth tens of thousands of pounds.
