Tragic Loss of Three Lives in Arunachal Pradesh Hotel Room
In a heartbreaking incident that has left the nation in shock, three individuals from Kerala were found dead in a hotel room in Arunachal Pradesh’s Ziro town. The deceased were identified as Naveen Thomas (35) and his wife Devi (35), both Ayurveda doctors from Kottayam district, and Arya B Nair (29), a school teacher from Thiruvananthapuram.

Mysterious Circumstances Surrounding the Deaths
According to Superintendent of police Keni Bagra, the trio had checked into the hotel on March 28 and had been staying together in the same room. The staff at the hotel reported seeing them moving around the premises until March 31. However, on April 1, they mysteriously disappeared from sight.
It wasn’t until the morning of April 2 that the hotel staff, concerned by the lack of response from the room, discovered the tragic scene. The police were immediately contacted, and upon entering the room, they found the three individuals lying lifeless, with cuts on their wrists.
Black Magic Suspicions and Family Statements
In a surprising turn of events, noted cultural activist Soorya Krishnamoorthy revealed that Devi’s father, Balan Madhavan, believed that the deaths were a result of black magic. He stated that all three victims were well-educated and well-settled individuals, making the circumstances even more perplexing.
Monichan Kizhakkedam, the president of Meenadom panchayat in Kottayam, shed light on the couple’s background. Naveen and Devi, who had been married for 13 years, had recently transitioned from Ayurveda practice to online trading. It was also revealed that the couple had allegedly been involved in black magic rituals.

Police in Arunachal Pradesh have registered a case of unnatural death and are currently investigating the matter.
