The victim recounted that a male individual had come to his residence, brandished a handgun, and then proceeded to the back door where the gunshot was heard. The victim promptly called the police, who found a bullet hole in the rear storm door of the residence. Further examination revealed that the bullet had penetrated the storm door, entered the house, and lodged into a downstairs door. The shell casing was found on the back patio.
