Andrew Malveaux, the authorities were alerted to the shooting at approximately 5:30 p.m.

The main suspect in the shooting has been identified as 19-year-old Wilder Issac Cantillano-Vindel. It is alleged that Cantillano-Vindel fired shots into the vehicle occupied by several individuals, including two minors. After the shooting, Cantillano-Vindel fled the scene with another individual in his vehicle, who was later identified as 22-year-old Kevonte Dawan Frances.

**Injuries Sustained**

As a result of the gunfire, the victim’s vehicle sustained damage and one of the minors inside the vehicle was injured by glass breakage. Fortunately, the minor only sustained minor injuries and received treatment promptly. Malveaux mentioned that Cantillano-Vindel and Frances were known to the occupants of the vehicle.

Both Cantillano-Vindel and Frances were apprehended on March 28. Cantillano-Vindel is facing charges of attempted second-degree murder and aggravated criminal damage to property. His bond has been set at $800,000. On the other hand, Frances is charged with being an accessory after the fact to attempted second-degree murder, with his bond set at $180,000.
