**Suspect in Nashville Shooting Out on Bond for Previous Charges**

The suspect police in Nashville are searching for in connection to a fatal shooting at a restaurant on Easter was out on bond for other charges at the time of the incident, according to court records.

Metro Nashville Police Department announced in a post on X, formerly Twitter, that they were searching for Anton Rucker, 46, in connection to the shooting at Roasted in the Salemtown neighborhood that left one person dead and seven others injured.

Rucker, a convicted felon with previous convictions for aggravated assault, had been arrested on felony drug charges and gun charges, Nashville police said. Online court records indicate that Rucker was out on a combined $50,000 bond after being arrested on multiple charges in Rutherford County late last year. He faced charges of aggravated assault, possessing a gun as a felon, and three felony drug charges.

Rucker’s criminal record dates back to 1995 and includes multiple aggravated assault charges and an attempted murder indictment, records show.

**Rucker Placed on State’s ‘Most Wanted List’**

After fleeing the scene in a Mercedes GLS 450 following the shooting, Rucker was identified as the suspect. Police recovered Rucker’s car overnight and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations added him to the state’s most wanted list, offering a $25,000 reward. Officials warned that Rucker should be considered armed and dangerous.

**Shooting Leaves 1 Dead, 7 Injured**

The person killed in the altercation was identified as 33-year-old Allen Beachem. Investigators are working to determine the cause of the argument, with surveillance footage from Salemtown Roasted showing Rucker arriving moments before the incident.

Police confirmed that five other individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the shooting. A sixth person suffered a graze wound, the nature of which is still under investigation. The seventh victim, a pregnant woman, was taken to a hospital after experiencing a panic attack.

“We don’t have any indication that they knew each other at this point,” said MNPD spokesman Don Aaron. “It could be something as simple as one person invading another person’s space.”

The incident occurred during brunch hours when an argument escalated, resulting in one fatality and multiple injuries. Authorities are urging anyone with information on Rucker’s whereabouts to come forward to assist in the ongoing investigation..
