In a recent incident in eastern Pennsylvania, a teenager has found himself in hot water after being caught driving a UTV while under the influence of alcohol. The events unfolded in West Earl Township, Lancaster County, where officers from the local police department noticed a camouflaged John Deere Gator leaving a Sheetz parking lot and turning onto Newport Road in the early hours of the morning on March 17.
**Traffic Stop Leads to DUI Arrest**
Upon observing that the driver did not use a turn signal and that the vehicle was not registered, the officers decided to conduct a routine traffic stop. It was during this stop that they discovered the driver, identified as Nolan Weaver, aged 19, was exhibiting signs of alcohol impairment. Subsequently, Weaver failed field sobriety tests, leading the officers to take him to the police station for further investigation. At the station, Weaver consented to a breath test, which revealed that his blood alcohol concentration was five times over the legal limit for an underage person.

As a result of the incident, Weaver is now facing several charges, including DUI-general impairment, DUI-minor, and underage consumption of alcoholic beverages. Following his arrest, he was released pending a court hearing to address the charges brought against him.
