Prior to Childs’ arrest, Delray Shundale Duncan Jr., 23, was apprehended and faces charges including improper exhibition of a weapon, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Childs, on the other hand, is charged with shooting at a building, discharging a firearm on residential property, using a firearm in the commission of a felony, and three counts of attempted first-degree murder.
