A routine shoplifting incident took a violent turn on Saturday, Mar. 23, when Port Chester police arrested 23-year-old Lamar Scott at his residence on 13 Weber Dr. The incident began when an employee at Stop & Shop on 25 Waterfront Pl. alerted authorities about a man suspected of being a serial shoplifter.
