Suspect Apprehended by NYPD

The NYPD released a statement acknowledging the viral video of the unprovoked attacks and confirming that a suspect had been arrested. Skiroky Stora, 40, was charged in connection to the incidents. police say he was walking a dog when he allegedly assaulted Halley Kate in the Chelsea neighborhood.
