In a bizarre incident in Columbia, South Carolina, the Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) apprehended a man who allegedly fired shots at construction workers. The altercation began when the man, identified as Deontra Jones, 25, believed that one of the workers disrespected his dog.

The incident unfolded on the 100 block of Rockyknoll Drive around 2:45 p.m. on a Tuesday afternoon.
