The Broward Sheriff’s Office Deputies have finally released the identities of the victims involved in the fatal shooting that took place on Monday in Pompano Beach. The tragic incident resulted in the death of a 16-year-old teen named John Zetrene from North Lauderdale. Additionally, three other individuals were injured in the shooting: Emmanuel Francois, 31, from Lauderhill, Petenson Nicolas, 30, from Pompano Beach, and Elijah Gustav, 21, also from Pompano Beach.

Details of the Shooting
The shooting took place on the 1800 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, where a significant law enforcement presence was observed. NBC6 reporters witnessed a disturbing scene with a pool of blood, scattered clothes, and a lone shoe outside of a store. Deputies arrived at the scene to find the 16-year-old victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to Broward Health North, he tragically succumbed to his injuries.

They were taken to a local hospital by a private vehicle and are currently expected to survive their injuries.
