Michael Saracin, 54, affectionately known as “The little,” was a beloved member of the Milford community. He passed away on March 17th after battling an unexpected illness. Michael was surrounded by his family and loved ones during his final moments.

Born on July 12, 1967, in Milford, Connecticut, Michael was a lifelong resident of the town. He attended Milford High School, where he excelled academically and was known for his infectious smile and charismatic personality. After graduating, he went on to pursue a career in the medical field, where he dedicated his life to helping others.
Michael was a compassionate and caring individual who always put the needs of others before his own. He had a special gift for connecting with people and making them feel valued and appreciated. Whether it was through his work at the hospital or his volunteer efforts in the community, Michael touched the lives of everyone he met.
In his free time, Michael enjoyed spending time outdoors, whether it was hiking in the nearby mountains or relaxing on the beach. He had a deep appreciation for nature and often found solace in its beauty. Michael was also an avid sports fan, cheering on his favorite teams with passion and enthusiasm.
Michael is survived by his loving family, including his parents, siblings, and extended relatives. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched.

A memorial service will be held in honor of Michael Saracin on March 25th at St. Mary’s Church in Milford. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Michael’s name.
