The Capture

After a frantic manhunt, Meade and Umphenour were apprehended in Twin Falls, Idaho, about 130 miles southeast of Boise. Both men are said to be affiliated with the Aryan Knights white supremacist gang. Umphenour, who had been released from the same prison as Meade in January, was identified as the gunman who aided in the escape.

The Double Murder

The Idaho State Police revealed that Meade’s shackles and handcuffs were found at the scene of a murder, and the two suspects may be connected to the killing of a second man. These heinous crimes occurred in northern Idaho following their escape from the Boise hospital. The authorities are still investigating whether the victims had any prior connection to the fugitives.
