In a heartbreaking turn of events, a domestic help named Subhash was allegedly beaten to death by his employer in northeast Delhi’s Karawal Nagar area. The accused, identified as Satish Bhadana, suspected Subhash of stealing Rs 15,000 from his house, leading to a fatal assault.

Long-Standing Employment

Discovery of the Body
The tragic incident came to light when a PCR call was made to the police, informing them of a body found at a house in Ambedkar Vihar in Karawal Nagar. However, a postmortem examination revealed multiple internal injuries, including a head injury and perforated intestine.

According to DCP Joy Tirkey, preliminary investigations indicated that Satish Bhadana had accused Subhash of stealing Rs 15,000 from his residence. In a misguided attempt to force a confession from the domestic help, Satish resorted to violence, resulting in Subhash’s tragic death.
Assault and Escape
Satish Bhadana admitted to the police that he had assaulted Subhash in a bid to make him confess to the alleged theft. However, the violence inflicted upon Subhash proved fatal, leading to his demise. Following the assault, Satish fled from the scene, but was later apprehended by the authorities.
