In a shocking development, the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office has announced that a third adult has been charged in connection with the tragic death of a woman following the mass shooting outside Union Station in Kansas City. The suspect, identified as 20-year-old Terry Young from Kansas City, Missouri, faces charges of second-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action.
