**Investigative Breakthrough**

Through the analysis of investigative information and forensic evidence, authorities have confirmed that five shootings in Peel Region are linked. These incidents include two homicides where three individuals tragically lost their lives. Despite the shootings being targeted, the victims in the homicides were not the intended targets, according to Peel police.

Three of the five shooting incidents occurred in Brampton over a one-week period prior to the homicides. On November 7, two suspects discharged firearms outside a residence on Cottrelle Boulevard and Thorndale Road before fleeing in a black Dodge RAM 1500 pickup truck. Another shooting took place on November 11 near Lorenville Drive and Elbern Markell Drive, where the suspects escaped in a burgundy Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck.

**No Injuries Reported**

Fortunately, no injuries were reported in any of the three Brampton shootings. However, the following day, tragedy struck in Mississauga when a fatal shooting occurred at a business on Royal Windsor Drive. The victim, identified as 29-year-old Brampton resident Jagraj Singh, was not the intended target and was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time, as per Peel police.

**Caledon Homicide**

On November 20, a horrific shooting at a home on Mayfield Road in Caledon resulted in the deaths of two individuals, Jagtar Sidhu and Harbhajan Sidhu, both 57 years old. A third person sustained life-altering injuries during the attack. Police revealed that the victims were innocent and mistakenly targeted in the incident.

**Search for Suspects**

Authorities are on the lookout for multiple suspects involved in the Caledon shooting. One of the suspects was last seen entering a black pickup truck stolen from Mississauga six days prior to the incident. The same truck was later found abandoned and burnt in Caledon. Investigators are urging anyone with information to come forward and assist in solving these cases.

**Police Interaction with Victims**

During a recent news conference, investigators disclosed that Peel police had spoken to the Caledon homicide victims just days before their tragic deaths. The interaction took place during an unrelated investigative visit to the victims’ residence. The police visit was part of the ongoing investigation into a previous homicide case, providing a deeper insight into the interconnected nature of these crimes.

**Appeal for Information**

Peel police have released images of suspects believed to be involved in the shootings and are urging the public to contact the dedicated tip line at 1-833-941-5570 with any information.
