Man Allegedly Hacks Woman and Suspected Lover on Their Way to Work
In a disturbing turn of events, a 40-year-old man has been accused of brutally attacking a woman, believed to be his live-in partner, and another man suspected to be her lover with a knife. The tragic incident took place as the victims were on their way to attend agriculture work at Chebrolu village under Gollaprolu police limits in Kakinada district.

Victims Identified as Pendyala Lovamma and Posina Srinu
The victims have been identified as Pendyala Lovamma, aged 35, and Posina Srinu, aged 45. According to Pithapuram Circle Inspector N. Srinivas, the accused, identified as Loka Nagababu, allegedly carried out the attack due to Ms. Lovamma’s decision to end their relationship and her subsequent involvement with Mr. Srinu.
Details of the Relationship
Ms. Lovamma, a mother of three children, had recently ended her live-in relationship with Mr. Nagababu. The couple had started living together after Ms. Lovamma left her husband. The situation took a tragic turn when Mr. Nagababu discovered that Ms. Lovamma was romantically involved with Mr. Srinu.
Attack on Ms. Lovamma’s Mother
On the same day as the fatal attack, Mr. Nagababu also targeted Ms. Lovamma’s mother, Ms. Ramalakshmi, accusing her of playing a role in the relationship between Ms. Lovamma and Mr. Srinu. Fortunately, Ms. Ramalakshmi survived the assault and is currently receiving medical treatment at Peddapuram government hospital.
Police Investigation Underway
The bodies of the deceased victims have been recovered from the agriculture field where the attack took place. They have been sent to the government hospital for post-mortem examinations.
