In a heartbreaking turn of events, a 43-year-old doctor from Thane district in Maharashtra, identified as Kinjal Kantilal Shah, allegedly jumped into the Arabian Sea from the Atal Setu bridge road in Mumbai on Monday afternoon. Shah, who had been battling depression for several years and was undergoing treatment, resided with her father at the Navin Asha building on Dadasaheb Phalke Road.

Despite initial reluctance from the driver, Shah insisted, and upon stopping, she got off the vehicle and tragically jumped off the bridge into the sea.
