Fokus Mining Corporation, a leading mineral resource company, has recently announced the successful completion of its winter exploration program focused on testing the Moriss gold mineralized zone on the Galloway property in Abitibi, Quebec. The program was aimed at further investigating the high-grade gold mineralization intersected during the Company’s previous drill campaign in November 2023.
Winter Exploration Program Details
The winter program involved drilling 1,300 meters in six holes (GA-24-83 to GA-24-88) in an east-west direction to confirm the presence of a north-south trending mineralized system in the area, perpendicular to the main shear zone. The results from this program are expected to provide valuable insights into the geological elements present in the region and the potential for further gold mineralization.

In other noteworthy news, Fokus Mining Corporation entered into an investor relations agreement with MarketSmart Communications Inc., a Vancouver-based provider of business communications services, in November 2020. The agreement has been renewed annually since then, with MarketSmart providing shareholder and investor communication services, distributing the Company’s press releases, and offering industry-specific financial and media interviews.
