The two individuals responsible for selling the stolen car were identified as 33-year-old Teri Bush and 45-year-old Richard “Ricky” W. Cook, residing in the 300-block of KY Hwy 301 near the Clear Springs area of Graves County. Cook, a convicted felon, is currently wanted in connection with the investigation.
