In a recent development in Sellersville, the Perkasie Borough police Department has announced charges against three juveniles in connection with an alleged burglary that took place at the Sellersville Train Station on Feb. 22.

According to investigators, the police were alerted to the burglary in progress at the train station at 6:50 p.m. A witness reported seeing three individuals smashing windows of the building and exiting while throwing items, causing over $5,000 worth of damage.

After receiving the report, the authorities initiated a traffic stop of the suspect vehicle on Constitution Avenue in Perkasie Borough. They made contact with the driver, a 17-year-old female from Sellersville, and two passengers – a 17-year-old male from Palm and another 17-year-old female from Sellersville. Upon searching the vehicle, investigators found items from the train station, alcoholic beverages, and merchandise linked to a retail theft from Landis Market.
