Despite efforts by EMS to save him, the victim, identified as Jayden Samari Reed, succumbed to his injuries. Preliminary investigations suggest that the shooting occurred during a suspected drug deal, with Reed and another man sustaining gunshot wounds. Fortunately, the injuries sustained by the second victim were not life-threatening.

**Domestic-Related Fatal Shooting in Annandale**

Isaacs had called the police to report that her ex-boyfriend was blocking her vehicle and violating an active protective order. Before officers could arrive at the scene, Jenning shot Isaacs multiple times from his vehicle and fled before their arrival. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Isaacs succumbed to her injuries.

Jenning was swiftly apprehended by officers from the Prince George’s County Police Department as he attempted to flee towards Maryland. He now faces charges of second-degree murder, use of a firearm in a felony, abduction, and violation of a protective order. Pending extradition back to Fairfax County, he remains in custody without bond.
