Fortunately, the injuries sustained by the second victim were not life-threatening.

Before officers could arrive at the scene, Jenning shot Isaacs multiple times from his vehicle and fled before their arrival. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Isaacs succumbed to her injuries.
Jenning was swiftly apprehended by officers from the Prince George’s County Police Department as he attempted to flee towards Maryland. He now faces charges of second-degree murder, use of a firearm in a felony, abduction, and violation of a protective order. Pending extradition back to Fairfax County, he remains in custody without bond.
